Shipping policy

Here's what to expect when your Luvia order is on its way.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping times & rates

We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

Delays, lost, or stolen packages

Once a package leaves our facility, delivery is handled by the carrier and timelines are outside our control. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or it appears lost in transit, email support@luviasupplements.com and we'll help you resolve it with the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute or refund orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll always do our best to help.
