We want you to feel good about every Luvia order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of your delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unopened and in their original, unused condition. Because our products are consumable health supplements, opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons — but see "Our happiness guarantee" below.

Our happiness guarantee

If you've tried a product and it isn't working for you, email us at support@luviasupplements.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll make it right — whether that's guidance, a replacement, or a refund — on your first opened item.

How to start a return

Email support@luviasupplements.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and a return address. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@luviasupplements.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
